1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing hydroquill.digital and using any services, digital products or purchasing physical goods from HydroQuill, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Offerings

HydroQuill specializes in AI-enabled hydration devices and smart dispensers. Our domain hydroquill.digital provides the following:

• Custom services for installation, maintenance, and support of hydration systems.
• Digital information products, including guides, tutorials and software extensions.
• Physical goods such as hydration units, replacement filters and user accessories.

3. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

3.1 Services

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please notify us as follows:

• Full refund if cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the appointment.
• If you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, your payment will be credited toward the new appointment date without fees.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for refund.
• If our team is unable to provide the scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full reimbursement or reschedule at no extra cost.

3.2 Digital Information Products

For digital guides, tutorials and software modules, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product fails to function as described or is incompatible with your system. After 14 days, no refund requests can be accommodated.

3.3 Physical Goods

You may send back unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Defective items will be replaced free of charge upon confirmation.

Once we receive and inspect the sent item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within seven business days.

All fees are due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and supported e-wallets.
